Construction Aces was started after many years in the metal building industry. We would construct only the building shell. The customer would provide a finished foundation, then we come in and build.
We constantly got requests for references for contractors to do all the things needed, from ground work, foundations, plumbing, electrical, framing and all the different trades our customers needed depending on what their project entailed.
Our customers were always having problems finding the trades needed so we started putting together lists of contractors to assist our customers. As it turned out many of these contractors soon were getting a lot of jobs from our referrals and we’d hear from our customers what a convenience it was to get many of the contractors they needed from one source.
As we spoke with contractors we found most were not very happy with the results they were getting from the currently available contractor referral websites. The same leads were being sold to many different contractors and every lead cost them money whether they got the job or not.
From these experiences Construction Aces was born. I knew there was a better way that worked well for the clients looking for contractors and for the contractors looking for jobs.
